What should I submit as an “initiative”?

The website is intended for initiatives related to refugees in higher education In Europe and beyond. If your organisation has one initiative simply submit that. If your organisation has multiple initiatives or functions, please submit them separately.


How do I start?

Just click here and start your registration. After your registration has been approved, you can log in and submit your initiative.


I don't know what to write for one of the sections on the form, what should I do?

Please provide as much information as you can - including website links. Most of the sections in the survey are optional. If there are any sections that aren’t clear please let us know!


I submitted an initiative via the survey but it does not show on the map. What should I do?

For quality purposes we are screening and need to confirm your submission. During business hours, the screening should be conducted within about 2 hours. If it has been more than 48 hours please email to let us know.


I have some exciting updates! How do I edit my submission?

Simply go to the survey page log in with your email and password and edit the survey. Please do not forget to click submit the survey once you're finished.


The initiative in which I participated did not succeed, should I still submit it?

Yes, sure. You can learn just as much from an initiative that didn’t succeed as one that did. You can mention this in the description field when you submit your initiative.
